Marianne NikolovMA, PhD, habil, DScProfessor Head of Department, Department of English Applied Linguistics, Faculty of Humanities, University of Pécs

She's been fascinated by how languages are learnt and taught for over three decades. Her research has focused on young language learners, adolescents and adults in case studies and large-scale surveys. She’s taught undergraduate and graduate courses (MA, MEd and PhD) in TEFL/TESOL on methods, techniques, the age factor, individual differences andclassroom research. She enjoys gardening, like dogs, and enthusiastic people.
